Orders are shipped out directly from any of our warehouses in USA & EUROPE, and they will do everything they can to get you your order as fast as they can!

Q. Where do you ship from?

A. We ship from our partnered warehouses & factories located in USA & Europe.

Q. How long will it take for my items to arrive? 

USA : Usually takes 5-10 days for all orders to arrive.
Rest of The World : Usually takes 7-15 days for all orders to arrive.

Q. How long will it take to receive a tracking number?

A. It will take usually between 24-48 hours.

RETURNS & REFUNDS

We do not accept returns unless there is a defect with the product. In the rare event that an order is shipped with a defect or damaged, we will offer a replacement if the defect is reported within 7 days after receiving the item along with a photo proof of the defect. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or replacements in the case where the reason is due to the item being too small or too large. We provide complete information about our size and it is our customer's duty to measure on their end before purchasing.

CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER AFTER IT HAS BEEN PLACED?

Unfortunately, we are unable to cancel your order once it has been processed and/or shipped. If you cancel your order BEFORE it has been processed and/or shipped, you will be assessed a 20% cancellation fee to cover restocking fees and the charges assessed to us for refunds by the credit card companies.
